Day Care - WORK, SHOPPING, APPOINTMENTS, DECORATING etc etc.
Day Care is available to customers who have to be away from home during the day.
Day care times - by arrangement
8:30am - 5:30pm - £6 per day
8:00am - 6:00pm - £7 per day
Multi-pet Discounts are available for households with more than one pet whether sharing or not.
This can be a combination of dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs or in fact anything as long as they all belong to the same owner.

We charge for the DAY IN and the DAY OUT inclusive. However, if you collect your pet/s STRICTLY BEFORE 9:00 am on the agreed date of departure will deduct half a day from the total cost of your stay.
Daily Lead Walks £1.00 per walk
Medication £1.00 per treatment.
Freshen-Up bath before departure from £5.00
Winter Heating supplement (Nov - Feb) .50p per day.
Additional Individual Heating (inc Spring & Summer) if required £1.00 per day
Collection/Delivery within 5 mile radius £6 then 50p per running mile afterwards.
KENNELS RECEPTION OPENING HOURS
SUNDAYS & SOME BANK HOLIDAYS we are normally closed but offer our customers the facility to check their pets in or out at a PRE-ARRANGED time in the MORNING between 8:30am - 9 am
We are here to care for the animals and are on duty 24/7 - 365 days a year.
Any personal time is precious to us. PLEASE RESPECT OUR PRIVACY
If you miss your appointment or arrive out of hours, please do not expect us to open up especially for you.
Any unnecessary out of hours attendance will be subject to a charge of £15
Viewings are normally welcome between 11:00 am & 12:00 noon MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY
Telephone enquiries welcome any day, anytime from 8am to 6 pm.
Please allow a long ring as we are rarely right next to a phone.
We apologise if we are unable to take your call but please do try again.
If the ansaphone is in operation your call will be returned next working day.
Unfortunately we do occasionally have to deviate from our normal times .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully these are for your benefit as well as ours
Deposits / Payments
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit which is non refundable. Dogs minimum £30 – cats £20 (per each week or part week). Stays of 3 days or less must be paid for in full.
Reservations will not be confirmed and a space will not be guaranteed until deposits are received. Failure to pay your deposit may result in your pets accommodation being re-allocated. Collections and/or deliveries will not be undertaken unless pre-paid.
For bookings during Peak Periods, the balance of your stay is due IN FULL two weeks before the first day of your pets stay. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash.
Credit Card payments will be subject to 2% credit charge.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date at our discretion subject to deduction of a £10 admin fee.
Rates and Discounts
PEAK PERIOD – 1st June – 30th September / 21st December – 3rd January / Bank holiday weekends (Fri – Mon inclusive)
OFF PEAK – 1st October – 20th December / 4th January - 31st May
Boarders are charged from the day of arrival to the day of departure inclusive. No refunds or discounts are made should you decide to collect before the agreed departure date.
Discounts for long term boarding (28 days +) will be negotiated accordingly.
A heating supplement will be applicable on relevant dates between 1st November to 28th February @ 0.50p per day.
We reserve the right to revise and apply our prices as necessary.
Your Obligation to us
Cancellations must be made in writing. Telephone calls or other form of communication will not be accepted.
Any cancellation made within 21 days of the start of boarding, will be subject to 50% of the whole stay being payable, within 14 days 75% of the whole stay will become payable and within 7 days or No show 100% of the whole stay.
Please respect that we are trying to operate our business to the best of our ability and as in the case of yourself booking a room in a hotel, the space is reserved for your pet/s. These charges reflect our estimated losses incurred as a result of dealing with your booking and loss of revenue from having to turn away other potential customers.
Cancellations made will be on the understanding that the deposit paid is non refundable. However, if off peak and dependant on period of notice, a credit may be issued at the managements’ discretion less a £10 administration fee.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any animal that fails to have all the required vaccinations accompanied by an up to date certificate.
We also have the right of refusal if we feel that the animal is of any condition that would affect the health and safety of our other guests and/or staff.
In the event of refusal, deposits will not be refunded and you will also be liable for the full amount of the stay.
