WEEKDAY CHARGES FOR DAY CARE
8:00am - 5:30 pm - 1 dog £10 per day - 2 dogs sharing £15
EXTENSIONS TO THESE TIMES AND/OR WEEKENDS MAY BE ARRANGED BY NEGOTIATION.
BOARDING (PER DAY)
Dogs from £11.50 to £15 ~ Cats £7.50 ~ Pets sharing will be discounted by £4 per dog & £2.00 per cats,
Additional discounts will be applied if collected before 10:00 am on day of departure (not applicable on appointment only days ie WED & SUN, out of hours or peak times)
Large, XL dogs, puppies, elderly dogs and pets on medication - extra charges may apply depending on feeding / care requirements.
Medication should be supplied in daily dosage organisers clearly labelled with Owner and pets names.
If you wish for us to feed your own diets, we can only accept products that are in vermin proof conatiners and are fully labelled with the pets name and feeding instructions. No bags, sacks or other containers will be accepted.
We provide bedding (vet bed) which is changed daily. Own bedding will not be laundered and may need to be discarded if soiled.

Deposits / Payments
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit which is non refundable. Dogs minimum £40 – cats £30 (per each week or part week). Stays of 3 days or less must be paid for in full.
Reservations will not be confirmed and a space will not be guaranteed until deposits are received. Failure to pay your deposit may result in your pets accommodation being re-allocated. Collections and/or deliveries will not be undertaken unless pre-paid.
Credit Card payments will be subject to 2.5% credit charge.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date at our discretion subject to deduction of a £10 admin fee.
Rates and Discounts
PEAK PERIOD – 1st May – 31st October / 21st December – 3rd January
Bank holiday weekends (Fri – Mon inclusive)
OFF PEAK – 1st November – 20th December / 4th January - 30th April
Boarders are charged from the day of arrival to the day of departure inclusive. No refunds or discounts are made should you decide to collect before the agreed departure date.
Discounts for long term boarding (28 days +) will be negotiated accordingly.
We reserve the right to revise and apply our prices as necessary.
Your Obligation to us
Cancellations must be made in writing. Telephone calls or other form of communication will not be accepted.
Any cancellation made within 21 days of the start of boarding, will be subject to 50% of the whole stay being payable, within 14 days 75% of the whole stay will become payable and within 7 days or No show 100% of the whole stay.
Please respect that we are trying to operate our business to the best of our ability and as in the case of yourself booking a room in a hotel, the space is reserved for your pet/s. These charges reflect our estimated losses incurred as a result of dealing with your booking and loss of revenue from having to turn away other potential customers.
Cancellations made will be on the understanding that the deposit paid is non refundable. However, if off peak and dependant on period of notice, a credit may be issued at the managements’ discretion less a £10 administration fee.
Please make sure that ALL your pets have up to date FLEA & WORM TREATMENTS and that vaccinations are done no less than two weeks before coming in to us. (Three to four weeks in the case of the optional Kennel Cough vaccine)
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any animal that fails to meet the required vaccinations criteria. All pets must be accompanied by an up to date certificate.
We also have the right of refusal if we feel that the animal is of any condition that would affect the health and safety of our other guests and/or staff.
Should an animal require veterinary treatment whilst in our care, he/she will be attended by one of our vets or their own if feasible. The vets fees will be payable by the owner before collection.
In the event of refusal, deposits will not be refunded and you will also be liable for the full amount of the stay.
As part of our licensing requirement, customers wishing to supply their own food or treats must ensure that it is in a vermin proof container.
The container should be clearly labelled with the pets name and daily ration.
We are unable to accept any food and/or treats that do not comply.
